1.2 Payment Authorization

By making payment, the customer confirms that they are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorizes Zenith Bank Plc to process the transaction.

1.3 Order Confirmation

An order shall be considered confirmed only after successful payment authorization. The Merchant reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order where payment authorization fails, fraud is suspected, pricing errors occur, or the product or service is unavailable.

1.4 Product and Service Fulfillment

The Merchant is solely responsible for delivering products and services purchased by customers and for providing customer support. Zenith Bank Plc is responsible only for payment processing and is not responsible for product delivery or service fulfillment.

1.5 Refunds

Refunds shall be governed by the Merchant's Refund Policy. Zenith Bank reserves the right to reverse transactions in accordance with the GlobalPay Agreement.

1.6 Chargebacks and Disputes

Customers must contact the Merchant directly regarding any disputes, complaints, or refund requests.

1.7 Fraud Prevention

The Merchant reserves the right to cancel or refuse any transaction where fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

1.8 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
